Great communication and honest people. Extremely fair prices but more importantly you know you're never paying a dollar more than what's needed. My first few times using them was after getting multiple quotes and them always being the most competitive, but now I don't waste my time, I just go straight to them.

We've used this company the last 3 times we needed a plumbing fix in our home and each time has been great. The owner was doing the service each time and his skills and professionalism showed every visit. We had a perennial plumbing/drainage issue that Royal Flush looked into fully and diagnosed. It turned out to be kind of a major problem - aged out, cracked/collapsed clay pipe below the basement floor - and Royal Flush fixed it completely and professionally in as neat, clean and timely a manner as possible. The fix took about a half day. And in the end, we were very happy with the repair, their work process, and the relative good value for what had to be done. (we had a quote from another company that was so much higher!) Major repairs are never pleasant or inexpensive - but Royal Flush made it all as tolerable as possible.
