I had a repairman from Capital City Mechanical come out today to look at my furnace which was making a lot of noise. It needed a new part that helps eliminate the carbon monoxide. He did explain that the furnace would shut off if the part stopped working all together, but I decided that it should be replaced especially in this freezing weather. He got the parts within the hour and had it replaced quickly. He was pleasant and very professional.

Great customer service! Whitney was awesome with scheduling us and Josh is a professional and awesome plumber. We would give them ten stars and will be repeat customers! No reason to go anywhere else!

Had an issue with our Pool room dehumidifier. The staff was very responsive and quick to come figure out the issue. They were just as quick ordering the parts and coming back to fix it! Definitely recommend this company! Very reliable, good at what they do, and extremely friendly staff!
