Not normally one to comment on a door to door sales experience but Richard came to our door today offering a no obligation roof inspection and peace of mind if our 2 year old roof survived a recent hail storm. I reluctantly took him up on it but happy to report he shared photos of what was found and gave an honest report of minimal damage, and that we would not need to file any claims. He even shared some DIY tips as I discussed with him some future home improvement ideas. I will surely be considering Alpha 1 for future house work based on their honesty and no-pressure sales approach! Thank you guys for looking out for (current AND future) customers over just a sale!

The 1.5 hours I spend with Elise every few weeks is therapeutic. Her hands & the music are so healing. I’ve only had 3 or 4 sessions with her & I feel like my skin is looking better & more youthful than it has in a very long time. Elise does a wonderful job explaining what the products she recommends do, & why she’s recommending. I thought I was using what was best but in reality Elsie explained that the ingredients were clogging my skin. She took the time to give me a step by step new routine. I’m always looking forward to my sessions & time in her studio!

I have always wanted to get lip fillers, however, was hesitant because I didn’t want my lips to be TOO big or look botched. I connected with Shannon at the end of 2023 and I expressed wanting filler, but I wanted it to be subtle. She recommended that I use Volbella, so I did. I could not be happier with my results. My top lip no longer disappears when I smile and they still look natural! Shannon also did botox in my frown lines and crows feet and again, I am blown away by the results! 10/10 recommend Shannon for all botox and filler needs!!! Today was my first time going since new owner. (Loved the previous owner as well) My daughter and I had a great experience! Gentleman up front was the owners uncle and he was so helpful and informative. It was my daughter’s first time tanning and my first time in a long time. He took the time to walk me through all the pricing options and then even when I purchased the special, he explained what to do with the lotions we purchased. On top of the that, it was a very busy day and he still took the time to walk us through! He was a gem! 10 out of 10 recommend! (Side note.. the tanning salon is super cute and super clean.)

Rachel is the type of person that easily goes from service provider to friend. A genuine, laid-back person who is an expert at her profession. I’ve been seeing Rachel for my cuts the last 3+ years and my hair has never been healthier! I used to get tired of wearing my long hair down because I felt it laid flat
and heavy with little movement, but Rachel has really taken the time to assess where my hair is and the look I’m striving for and absolutely deliver each time. She’s also the type of provider who will listen to exactly what you want, ask questions to verify, and ensure she’s delivering the cut and experience you’re after. I never feel awkward or uncomfortable giving feedback or asking for tweaks as I tend to do with other service providers. 20/10 recommend.

She also does what I ask and I’ve built so much trust she gets some freedom to do as she wants with my color or styles.
She’s lifted my hair, done partial highlights and lately I tried some rose gold, with a full highlight. I’d recommend her highly. She is such a wonderful person and always a joy to talking to her. Saw Veronica today for a hair cut, she was fabulous. The previous salon I went to did a horrendous job with my layers. She was able to correct this and give me what I asked for. Sierra is the best massage therapist I’ve had in a long time. She always finds my problematic areas. It might be painful but I feel so much better afterwards. I do permanent makeup and esthetics, always using my body so her sessions I always look forward to. She’s a great person and listens to your needs each session. You never get the same massage each time. Sometimes, she adds cupping to break up my really tight muscles to pull them off of the bone. Can’t go wrong with anyone here. Everyone does a great job!

Kelly is so wonderful!!! I got a facial and it was the most relaxing and comforting experience ever. I was GLOWING afterwards. From the jump, I received nothing but support from aisle 9. They have been very understanding about the fact that I was in the middle of a move from North Dakota to Dayton. I think I had researched over 10 different shops in the Ohio area before landing on this one. Inside is very clean and welcoming. Normally shops feel dark and heavy but this one had the opposite effect.
When I got paired with Luen. I wasn’t sure about it at first but after meeting him he was extremely confident, reassuring, and skilled. I knew after our consultation that he was going to absolutely knock it out of the park and I was absolutely beyond excited. Not only did he do my arm but he finished my leg piece as well. I was super grateful because I know it can be kind of a hit or miss when another artist does half of it, so when he offered to finish it I had no other answer but yes and he knocked that one out of the park too.
The time after the consultation and tattoo day was built on great communication. The actual tattoo day was super calm, we took many breaks and he paid attention and is very detail oriented. He was very understanding and empathetic about how I felt and there was always great conversation. Just over all made sure I was taken care of.
Communication went on even weeks after to make sure I was healing well. I had zero hesitation with any question I had since I was on holiday. Did what I could to take care of myself and my new tattoos but I still had questions about healing and was more than comfortable with shooting him a text and asking. Talks of touch ups are in the works. ?
10/10 recommend. Seriously, do it. You won’t regret it.

Today (1/27/25) I asked Scott to send electricians to my home in order to replace outside LED lights with integrated light sensors and to replace a faulty dimmer switch. Anthony and Kyle were both very skilled and friendly. They talked me through the process so that I would understand the work they were about to do. Had a number of issues with the electric in my house on a Friday afternoon, and they mentioned they could come out later that afternoon or even on Saturday, Due to my schedule, we decided on Monday morning. They were prompt, and diagnosed a severe electric panel failure with my very old 125 amp service, requiring an entirely new service panel (200 amp). They were able to replace it that day. They gave me an estimate, which was less than I had anticipated. When I got the invoice, it was even less.
The young man who did the work was extremely courteous, and worked inside and outside in 15 degree weather.
Sparks is now my go-to electric company from here on out. I've been spreading the word for folks to use them if they have electrical needs.

We are happy with the flooring we purchased the installers were great the problem was when we purchased the flooring we were told it would take no more than two weeks to have the job completed after two weeks flooring still wasn’t in phone were not returned we finally got the flooring in after a month that is not acceptable to me

Logan is great. He was more than helpful in dealing with multiple issues I've had from a family of squirrels that made their way into the attic to rodents getting under my porch and most recently removing a wasp nest on my back deck. While the nest was still small, I didn’t want to risk it doing it myself with a 4 year old running around and Logan took care of it free of charge. He is consistent, easy to scheudle and extremely helpful in explaining the situations and any questions I may have.

They sent Wildlife Damage Control technician Jack out to remove a bat from our house and he was amazing and professional from the get go.
Extremely thorough on all fronts super knowledgeable and I could tell he takes his job very seriously.
He kept me informed, explained the entire process and answered all the questions I had.
Not only that but within 10-15 minutes he found and removed the bat!
In addition he carefully inspected the exterior of our home for likely entry points and showed me pics of some problem areas that need attention.

I hired Dunham to bring a cord of seasoned firewood...i needed to change my invoice to allow for stacking...Sabrina did that within a day and they delivered the wood on time and the wood burns great. I forget the guys name who delivered it but he did a great job stacking and he also gave me some extra kindling. I typically would not pay for a service like this ahead of time but i just knew in my heart this company was solid by reading the reviews.

They do a good job at the Bayberry Cove apartment complex. Past companies have left the lawn almost a foot tall at times. Their workers are friendly, least the ones I've met are. I asked for them to leave my garden alone after they sprayed what they thought were weeds, and they did, besides edging it, which is great.

The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care. My dog was previously mistreated at a prior, corporate groomer and I was concerned. I explained this to Kaylee and she had the kindest expressions and calmly assured me of their process. Plus the past two to three groomings from that groomer left things undone - including cleaning his beard. When I dropped him off, Kaylee got on his level and covered him with care and he didn’t throw too much of a fit. When I picked him up, I was astounded. He was the cleanest I had ever seen, he was happy, and adorable. Kaylee took pics of him I front of a backdrop that was adorable. They don’t put the dogs in crates and they are great about giving you a notice to pick up. I just can’t give enough compliments or recommendations for this place. I am so grateful I found this groomer and wish I had found them earlier. Jasper was in great spirits afterward and very playful. He had a great time and made a new friend. Best grooming by service by far! Oh and my favorite? Kaylee did a blow out on his tail. It is so freaking cute. I absolutely love her!
Michelle is one of the best she had provides good service she makes our dogs beautiful if there's any issues she has no problem and owning and correcting and I love her she will be my dog's groomer forever
Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.
I've been taking my Texas heeler to bubbles n bows for 7 years now and we absolutely love it!My dog has Seizures and bubble nbows has always done a wonderful job at putting his needs first, withered its slowing down and taking more time with him so he stays calmer or worst case calling me and letting me know today isn't a good day for him and we need to try again a different day. i respect that so much and appreciate it very much! He loves going here! ❤️
If you've ever been on the fence about getting a Thai Yoga massage, go do it right now! I promise you will feel so relaxed and rejuvenated and like a whole new person. I honestly wasn't looking for a massage, I didn't think Thai yoga massage was a thing. Was really just looking for a yoga class to get into and further my knowledge around yoga but found Anthony and I am so grateful I did! He's super informative and makes you feel comfortable and teaches you as you go. I will def be going back!
This is a wonderful yoga studio! The teachers are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! There is no pressure.The studio is clean and nicely decorated.There are on-line options if unable to make it to the studio.I just love Day Yoga Studio!
I've been attending classes now for going on eight months at Speakeasy. This is my follow up on my initial review. I'm 57 and can't remember feeling better than I do now. My day to day is comfortable and strong. I walk taller and my posture is maintained without even thinking about it. Even my knees (4 surgeries) don't hurt anymore. Amazing!!
