I have been getting massages here for over 7 years. She does a great job, and she really listens to what people want out of a massage. She has a very positive attitude and provides a very relaxing and comfortable environment. If needed, she can also do some serious deep tissue work!

Recently, I had surgery on my back and mostly my recovery has been going well. I was dealing with some serious stiffness in my back that kept me from bending over to even grab a towel from the floor. The stretches that were part of my PT did not fully relieve it, nor did I want to take muscle relaxing pills. One visit to Shannon and the right away I had immediate and wonderful results! My back hadn't felt so good in years! The next day was just as good. I plan on going back as my healing continues.

I've been to Regain Solace a few times and plan on going back many times! Shannon is a very skilled massage therapist, and thoroughly reviews your health status, prior injuries, trouble spots, or other concerns before she starts working on you. I look forward to my next visit!
