Bonham Electric has done very well with me. We got a new 200A service to our home. THIS was a great experience- the estimator Bryan took pics of everything and had an estimate to me later that day.
And then a month later a tree promptly fell on it and took down the weatherhead on our house. Originally they had me scheduled a month later to fix it, but they were able to fit me in same day due to their teams getting stuff done at other locations faster than expected. They did great work AGAIN, explained it all to me. Great company with great employees. Highly recommend.
Colby and Jimmy did an excellent job removing our old electric generator and all the associated wiring, transfer panel, and gas pipes. They were very careful and efficient. They clearly explained what they had done. They also cleaned up the work area really well. We were impressed with their professionalism.
I just had my first experience with Bonham Electric as they sent out a technician to service my Kohler generator. I have never been so impressed! Mike Masters was like no other tech I've ever had in my 12 years of owning this generator. He did things that were above and beyond all other technicians from other companies in the past. He was also so very personable. It was a pleasure, and I don't say that lightly. If Bonham Electric always comes up to the standards set by Mike, then in my opinion, there couldn't be a better company to trust with any of my electrical issues. Thanks Mike!
