Great plumbing service. Theodore came out several times, was very professional, and worked hard to help us with our tankless water heater issue. The problem would not always show up while he was there, so it took a few visits to fully diagnose it, but the team stayed patient and kept troubleshooting until they were able to get an error code and replace the unit.
