does it again! These plumbers are fantastic and very professional. No one wants an old pipe to start leaking, but if it happens, i’m calling them right away. We recently had our kitchen faucet corrode and fall apart. Since we had never really liked the kitchen sink, we decided it made sense to replace both the faucet and sink in one plumbing job. Their plumber, dale, gave us a careful and detailed consultation on what to buy so we could get the function and look we wanted. Great plumbing service. Theodore came out several times, was very professional, and worked hard to help us with our tankless water heater issue. The problem would not always show up while he was there, so it took a few visits to fully diagnose it, but the team stayed patient and kept troubleshooting until they were able to get an error code and replace the unit. He clearly cared about getting everything working the right way and made sure the whole repair process moved along smoothly. We also appreciated that the extra vent piece was...read full review
Mr Plumbing did a full replumb in my crawl space, including a new water heater installation and a few smaller plumbing repairs around the house. Dale and Theodore were on time, easy to talk to, and always kept me updated during the job. One thing I really appreciated was that Dale answered the phone whenever I had a question, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and everything has been running great since the service was completed. Later that evening, we noticed a small issue with the refrigerator water line that seemed blocked. Dale helped troubleshoot it after hours, and when we could not solve it...read full review
