The Ohio Flooring Experts of Chagrin Falls did a phenomenal job of refinishing my floors! They got my floors looking brand new again! The two gentleman who refinished my floors were very knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. That was greatly appreciated! They were hard working, and took great pride in their work. Lastly, their price was very reasonable too!

I've been going to Bloom for over 4 years. I left my stylist of 14 years to venture out into another salon (my former salon did not have the proper products to get my hair to the shade of blonde that I wanted). I met Rachel for a consult and she has been my stylist ever since. I see her every 10 weeks and alternate between a full highlight and a partial highlight. Coming to Bloom is triple what I paid at my previous salon, for a full highlight. It is worth EVERY CENT. I will never go anywhere else. Rachel is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable. She is so thorough and she truly goes the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with the results. She puts a lot of time and effort into my hair, and this is why it's worth the price. I am very particular in the shade of blonde that I want and whenever I voice my thoughts, Rachel is always on board in making sure the end result is what I want. Over the years, she has given me several product recommendations and I've been a loyal customer to Amika and K18 ever since. The salon no longer uses Amika, but I bring my own products with me, since I prefer it. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my appointments. Phenomenal experience at Arra with Jordan and the rest of the staff. Jordan's care and talent is obvious from the start. She did a fantastic job with my long curly (and well overdue for a cut) hair. Make sure you check out the clothing & jewelry boutique as well! I ended up with a bracelet, two dresses and a shirt. Highly highly recommend this place.
Gravity Hair Salon and Spa is the best salon in Chagrin and anywhere within its vicinity! You can take my word for it, as I have been coming to this salon for over 17 years. When I started coming to the salon, it initially was Pamplemousse, owned by Scott Fisher, and then Stephanie and Cathy (mother daughter duo) took it over as Gravity Hair Salon and Spa. Stephanie and Cathy have built such an amazing staff, from the front desk all the way to the hair stylists and nail techs. Not only that, but Gravity uses the best salon hair products and their hair stylists continue to grow their knowledge, skill set, and techniques on all things hair with their continued education. Whether you get your hair done infrequently or frequently, these are both two very important things you want in choosing a hair salon. I’ve had the pleasure of Stephanie doing my hair for all of these 17 years and she continues to amaze me each time I get my hair done because she is beyond talented! Her and her staff also did my wedding hair for me and my bridesmaids and knocked it out of the park.
Although Steph has been exclusively doing my hair for 17 years, I have gone to Jess and Jackie while she has been unavailable and they have an amazing job while she’s been away.

Tim showed up on time, was professional and respectful, he diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the leak. There was an initial mistake regarding an overcharge for the work, but Jason quickly followed up with me and rectified the issue. I would recommend Splash Mountain for any plumbing issue.

I used Connected Electric to have a new 200amp breaker box installed at my house. It required trenching a new line and much city coordination. Everyone at Connected was extremely personable, professional and prompt. They went out of their way on numerous occasions to ensure I was informed of the process and the steps ahead. Teresa and I had a very good experience with the Cerha team. We did a complete kitchen remodel, resurfaced first floor hardwood and reclaimed a basement room into a wine cellar. The Cerha team was great from beginning to end. They were the most comprehensive and thoughtful at the proposal stage, including a cad mock up of our ideas, they put in the effort to build trust from the get go. Christine was super helpful during design. She was quite patient, and offered many great ideas. Dan was very meticulous and his work was always of the highest quality. Jim was a pleasure to work with. Several aspects of our design were unique or custom. Jim's ability to to envision the end product and construct a solution demonstrated his many years in the profession. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or work with the Cerha team.
I worked with Bravo Homes in the construction of what is now a $1 million + home. It was my third home build. The building process was smooth as silk and well organized. Bob and David are very attentive and they come to you with solutions, not problems. That is a unique trait among builders. The quality and workmanship of the home are exceptional. It also was an easy process -- changes orders can be worked out through conversations and handshakes or through paper. Whatever style you have, Bravo can accommodate you. What I really appreciate about Bravo is the integrity they bring to the build process. There are no games. The pricing is accurate and the work gets done. And, in terms of follow up, Bravo Homes does not delay in coming back to resolve anticipated things such as nail pops, etc. Finally, Bravo Homes is always available and will return your calls post-build and give you very good advice and make its trades available. I moved to Chagrin Falls on August 2, 2025. My sister referred me to her as she is her Dentist. I have never had a more thorough dental exam. I did not think I could find a dentist as good as my previous one but Dr Shiga is the real deal. Her dental tech & entire staff are excellent.

I love this office! I had a bad experience at a spa that left my face with scars. Dr Wahby recommended microoneedling and a retinoid. After three treatments my scars have faded to almost nothing and smoothed out the texture. I finally have some confidence back! She also helped clear up my teenage daughters acne before any scarring could occur. I highly recommend Dr Wahby!

First appt for my son’s Great Pyrenees 8 mo old puppy. Our son/puppy are in town from Cincy. Puppy had a health issue and TLC was able to fit him in their schedule today. We will continue to use TLC vet when our son’s puppy is visiting. Friend referred us to TLC and she was correct… fantastic vet & staff. Pleased with price for services and medication.

Dr Carol helped my 11 yr old Birman cat with pancreatitis . He had been having increasing severe diarrhea regardless of food changes and other vet treatments. I started looking for a vet who also practiced holistic medicine and found Dr Carol. After my cat had his first treatment he started to improve and actually had a firm bowel movement for the first time in years. He goes in regularly now for vitamin c injections and he is like a new cat. Loves to play now and gaining weight. Thank you Dr Carol.
Dr Anne Ball is amazing. kind compassionate and patient. she will not make you feel bad for wanting a holistic approach to feeding or medicating your pet. she will incorporate both traditional and holistic for the care of your pet and she will utilize email to communicate if you ask. i cant say enough wonderful things about her as well as the staff who are equally kind and compassionate.

Orangetheory Beachwood is amazing! The coaches in this studio are incredible and they truly care about the members and their goals! The classes are challenging but doable and the whole environment feels fun from the moment you walk in. It’s clear by the waitlists and full classes that this workout is the best around.
