I met Rachel for a consult and she has been my stylist ever since. I see her every 10 weeks and alternate between a full highlight and a partial highlight. Coming to Bloom is triple what I paid at my previous salon, for a full highlight. It is worth EVERY CENT. I will never go anywhere else. Rachel is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable. She is so thorough and she truly goes the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with the results. She puts a lot of time and effort into my hair, and this is why it's worth the price. I am very particular in the shade of blonde that I want and whenever I voice my thoughts, Rachel is always on board in making sure the end result is what I want. Over the years, she has given me several product recommendations and I've been a loyal customer to Amika and K18 ever since. The salon no longer uses Amika, but I bring my own products with me, since I prefer it. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my appointments.
