Teri was amazing - she worked very closely with me throughout the entire selling process. She lives for real estate and knows the Shaker Heights market (as well as a few others) like the back of her hand. She gave me great ideas before I listed on what and what not to do in order to make my house look best to potential buyers. She also was very helpful in pricing the house to sell (which it did in 36 hours with 4 offers!). In my opinion, the most important skill of a realtor is not just getting the offer, but making sure the deal gets done. Teri was amazing on that front as she navigated the deal through a few inevitable wrinkles. I highly recommend working with her and listening to her advice. She knows what she's talking about!

Krissy does an AMAZING job! I had switched over to her earlier this year because I was unhappy with how my hair was turning out at other salons. First time I came in she absolutely nailed it! Great old school golf club. Staff is super attentive. Caddies are outstanding. Greens are fast and hard to read. Food is wonderful.
