I was happy Carly really took the time to explain what was best for her type of hair instead of trying to capitalize on the client. It made me trust Trilogy. I own a barbershop and I have customers come in with pictures of styles and many times I have to inform them they don’t have the type of hair that the person in the picture has and instead try and encourage something that works with what they have. “Had SUCH a great experience here today after a horrible one at a different nail salon, where I left with chunky, uneven nails with a design I was very skeptical about. I explained the situation to the nail tech, who was the sweetest and most understanding person ever, and she completely fixed my nails.
