I can’t say enough good things about Bravo Homes! The quality of their construction is evident as soon as you walk through the door. They use high-end materials like Pella windows, KitchenAid appliances, and soft close cabinets and drawers. Details like tall baseboards, transom windows, and custom designed Amish millwork give the homes a very upscale and custom feel. They definitely don’t skimp on finishes! The owner, Bob, is kind, caring, and honest. He bent over backwards to create the perfect home for my husband and me. I worked with Bravo Homes in the construction of what is now a $1 million + home. It was my third home build. The building process was smooth as silk and well organized. Bob and David are very attentive and they come to you with solutions, not problems. That is a unique trait among builders. The quality and workmanship of the home are exceptional. It also was an easy process -- changes orders can be worked out through conversations and handshakes or through paper. Whatever style you have, Bravo can accommodate you. Bob Cohen from Bravo homes along with Rodney Simon built our beautiful home new home. We could not be happier with the entire process. Their expertise and guidance provided so much help while planning our project. The teams of contractors used did amazing work, and when I would stop by to check on their progress they voluntarily shared how well they respected both Bob and Rodney.
