Tim showed up on time, was professional and respectful, he diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the leak. There was an initial mistake regarding an overcharge for the work, but Jason quickly followed up with me and rectified the issue. I would recommend Splash Mountain for any plumbing issue.
My water heater tank failed and I called a few companies to come out and give me a quote. Two companies had AI call centers, Jason at SMPC answered directly and came within hours to quote a new tankless water heater install.
Jason and Tim were able to come the next day for the install. They arrived in two nice, well equipped vans and converted the tank system to a tankless system in 5 hours.

Should be known as the reliable plumber! Jason promptly stopped by to get scope of work, I received quote next day, and job was scheduled and completed in about a week. Basement shower panel system installed, all water hookups for shower, toilet and vanity, and tapped in to existing water line. The framing was roughed out by another contractor prior. Tim did the job and was friendly and knowledgeable, left the job spotless too. Thank you SMP!
