“It was such an honor to meet Dr. Carol
She's incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to really listen to why I brought my dog to see her, and made me feel heard and understood. This was our first visit, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Carol

Edit/Update: Dr. Carole is unlike any veterinarian I’ve encountered over the past several decades. I just spent the last 15 minutes speaking with her on the phone, and at no point did I feel rushed or like she was trying to get me off the phone. She took the time to have an in-depth conversation with me about the test results and patiently answered my questions.

In my opinion, Dr. Carole is the epitome of what a true veterinarian should be. She is patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive of the decisions I make for my pet. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care, and understanding she provides”
