512 E Washington St, Chagrin Falls“I was traveling for work and broke off one of the nose pads on my glasses at the airport prior to a five day trip. I stopped in to ask if they did repair work; the gentleman took my glasses, went into the back and came out 2 minutes later, glasses fixed. I asked what I owed him and he refused payment and sent me on my way. I was desperate and would have gladly paid him anything, and he knew it, yet didn’t charge me. Much appreciated…“
