Called them for an estimate, and they showed up within the hour! Communication was great and our tech Brandon answered all my questions, and explain things very thoroughly. It was a very professional experience!
Jon and Shane showed up on time, were pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. They were professional and experienced with the task of replacing our furnace and thermostat. Honestly from the beginning, working with Joe at Auburn, making the purchase and then having Jon and Shane complete the installation, the process was seamless and expedient. They had our home warm again within 24 hours! I highly recommend Auburn. We will certainly use them in the future for anything we need for our Heating, Plumbing & AC needs.
