Best company out there for your heating or cooling needs. Stops everything to come to the aid if your system is having issues. Very satisfied and will always go with this company for any needs.
About General
General is the best company for heating or cooling needs, stopping everything to come to the aid if the system is having issues. They are locally owned and located nearby, offering fast service and repairs, like fixing a heating pump. They were able to make a service call the next day despite a packed schedule. For a 20-year-old furnace and AC condenser, they estimated what it would take to fix and let the customer know about redundant costs. They gave a fair price for new installation and worked through dinner to get everything installed. They also helped resolve a damper issue blocking airflow that big companies could not adjust. Very satisfied and will always go with this company for any needs.
