Reprieve is the most beautiful spa I have been to throughout the country… and , definitely, NE Ohio! It is an extremely well articulated spa with lovely decor/ gorgeous relaxation room/ perfect amenities and calming vibe…My massage was divine! Erica is wonderful! I look forward to returning soon. I plan on adding a facial (Eminence products are a favorite of mine) to the visit. It will be a true delight!This is a fantastic spa experience.
My friend and I came in while having a mom’s night away. We both got 60 minute deep tissue massages from Erica and Dana. When we were talking after we both said that it was the most relaxing massage we have ever had. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking. If I ever find myself in Chagrin Falls again, I will be sure to stop for another massage!!
100% ,A-Z perfection. Sooo calming and friendly, yet professional. Thoroughly enjoyed a massage with Erica who obviously enjoys what she does. Same to be said for Megan who did my facial. Last but not least the entire establishmenti is immaculate. Thank you ladies. Hope to see you soon.
