Martin is the GOAT. I use to drive 2 and a half hours just to get my haircut by him when I lived in Albany, NY. I moved even further away from this shop for personal reasons, so I haven’t had the chance to get my hair cut by him in a while. I miss this shop. No one cuts hair better. He is truly a tonsorial artist.

Mitzie provides excellent service. She greets you with a smile and values you as a customer. I came to Mitzie with a lot of hair damage and hair lost. She takes her time explaining what needs to be done and she protects your hair from further damage. I’ve been seeing Mitzie for maybe over the months and I already see new growth. I’ve gone to other hair stores but non of them provided professional services and actually care about your hair. Must just care about putting the weave in but Mitzie take care of her actually hair. I recommend her for any of your hair needs.

I had to share my experience. Shakera made my pride and confidence in my feet come back. I suffered from a damage toe years ago. I never felt comfortable or confident with my foots appearance, so I never wore sandals. Today I took a chance again. I've had pedicures before but never to the level of someone taking the time to examine my foot, walk me through the steps of what they were going to do and taking their time. Yesterday, an exterior water pipe burst, flooding a room, the living room, and even the garage. I contacted Garay early in the morning as an emergency, and he arrived in less than two hours to make the repair. Later, while we were out, another heat water line in a different room burst. I called him around 8 PM, and even though it was late, he came and fixed it so we wouldn’t have to sleep in the cold. He fixed two heat water pipe and one exterior water pipe. Now, the hot water lines are all working perfectly. I highly, highly recommend Garay Mendoza for his hard work and dedication, from early morning to late at night!
Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve. Then helped me set up the washer/dryer on my phone. He was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

I am really pleased with the work completed by All Pro Sewer & Drain Inc. I had a leak in my house but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They arrived very quickly to assist with stopping the water from flooding my basement. The knowledgeable team located the leak inside the wall and fixed it. I was so relieved they were able to repair the leak so quickly. Without a doubt, I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone.

We were looking at different kitchen fixtures and were unable to find anything we liked. We had used Mase electric in the past and were very satisfied with their work. I called Mase for some suggestions and spoke with Janessa. She was so accommodating in explaning the different types of fixtures and gave us some suggestions as to what we might like. After researching further we decided on a fixture. I called Janessa and set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. At precisely 9:00am two electricians (Rubin and Balwin) were at our front door. I can not say enough about how professional, polite and how careful they were during the installation. We will definitely used Mase in the future.

Chem -Dry was nothing short of incredible. I had 2 areas that had what I thought were intractable cat urine and Ryan and his son came back multiple times free of charge after the first visit and kept trouble shooting until both areas had absolutely no odor remaining. Most recently, I worked with Pete to replace the wood flooring in my condominium. It looked great, even, and doesn’t squeak. They also continued the wood flooring into my kitchen (which previously had a tile floor).
At my request, the team also installed an extra thick acoustical underlayment which not only helped with sound absorption, but makes the floor softer to walk on.

Al from Bluesway Pest Control was great. They came one day after we called. He laid out traps and bait. He knew the best placement. He was done in 20-30 minutes. Explained everything very well. And literally 15 minutes after he left, a trap went off and we caught a mouse in the basement. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I took my dog to a new groomer today and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly cared about making dogs feel comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was the open-concept setup — you can actually see all of the grooming stations, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve been to places before where the grooming happens completely in the back, so the transparency here was a huge plus. Another thing that stood out was that they sent me pictures and videos throughout the grooming process, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to see how comfortable and well cared for he was during the appointment.
When I picked Milo up, he looked fantastic — clean trim, soft coat, and trimmed nails. He also seemed relaxed and happy afterward, which says a lot because grooming appointments can sometimes be stressful.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, transparency, communication, and quality of care. I’ll definitely be returning and already scheduled Milo’s next appointment!
I can’t say enough good things about Your Pet’s Paradise! I brought my dog Toby here, and he can be very difficult to groom. Every other groomer I’ve tried has struggled with him, and they always tell me he’s hard to handle. But from the moment we walked in, the staff treated Toby with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, and the grooming turned out better than I could have hoped and he came home looking and smelling amazing.
What really makes this place stand out is how genuinely caring the team is. Instead of rushing through everything, they worked slowly with Toby, and I could tell he felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I’m so grateful for how well they handled him and it was such a positive experience for both of us.
I took Genevieve's Hot Yin Yoga class and it was phenomenal! I never heard of Yin Yoga before, but now I'm keeping this particular class in my rotation. One class session and all of my problems are solved- literally better than a deep tissue massage. Her voice, the music, the ambiance, everything- this class is ideal for people of all levels.
