I had a 10:45am app. We walked into the salon and Mily was very welcoming, smiling from ear to ear, which right away eased my worries. Shortly after, her daughter Soranyel took me back to the sink to brush me out and wash my hair. (I tried to detangle my hair before I went but it was still bad and dirty basically) But she was also VERY nice and polite, took her time to clean my scalp and made sure I was ok throughout the wash. It felt like a well needed spa day honestly lol. The deep conditioning treatment did make my hair very soft but because of how damaged my hair is, it still was a lot of work to put rollers in my hair. But she did a great job. Went here to get a blowout. Everyone was super nice and professional. I have extremely big curly hair and I was not made to feel insecure or like I was a bother for my hair type. Mily did my hair, she was super sweet, funny, and very client oriented. She didn't try to make me do anything I didn't want to do and was consistently communicating with me to make sure I was happy with the service I was receiving. Definitely recommend!
