I don't normally leave reviews usually because I forget but this was such an amazing experience that I jus HAD TO!! I booked my appointment in the middle of the night and I got a call in the morning to confirm and answer any questions I had since this was my día time ever waxing. The customer service is great she has created such a relaxed and chill atmosphere that you don't fond in many places. Amanda was so knowledgeable and forthcoming about what to expect and after care.
I was so nervous that I was sweating !! But I can't express how comfortable she made me feel! She was quite when I wasn't talking so if you're looking for a quite relaxing experience she can provide that but she was engaging and actively interested in what I had to say when we is get to talking so no matter how you want your experience to be she is perfect. I got my legs waxed and a VAJACIAL ..... yes ladies a FACIAL for my lady parts... hence why I was so nervous, but it was one to the best decisions I've made.
I feel like a new person and I'm ready to book my next appointment!!!!

New location on 3rd avenue is beautiful and serene. The front desk staff is always professional and accommodating-even last minute. I see Wendy who excellent. It is worth driving from the west side to see her. Highly recommend! Good service and great value.
I had a long exhausting week at work and booked a last minute healing package- the full body massage with scalp and foot massages was incredible. Lily checked in to make sure everything was ok intermittently and the entire experience was calming, clean and wonderful. Thank you!!! If you ever need a massage, this is your spot, all for a fair price!
