“Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

From the salesperson, Steve the project manager David to the director of the accounts Stevan they were all extremely patient, responsible, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and worked with us every step of the way. The crew worked well together and their clean up was impeccable. When removing the old roof, they protected our house and landscaping with a tarp which also made it easy to remove the debris. Our gutters always overflowed with heavy rain. David suggested that we get 6” gutters and add another leader. He made sure the gutters were pitched correctly.
