“I have been going to Dr Rao for Several years . I think Dr . Rao has a wonderful bedside manner. Very gentle and very positive. Viriginia is a wonderful dental Hygenist . And the reception Ann Marie is pleasant as well. Today I had a very dismaying conversation with the office manager who was on the defense accusing me of accusing the office of not providing me with a treatment plan. I was not in a rush to get the treatement plan since I was not in any discomfort But i did recall that I was never contacted for a treatment plan and the manager got bent out of shape. Why would I be reaching out to this office again after several months of no contact if this ( not recieving the treatment plan) was such an issue for me? IT was not. I was reaching out to them to reconnect with them to continue with them as a always .a patient. to get my teeth cleaned and exam and usual xrays. The OFfice manager Stefanie was sOOO unprofessional . IT seems that she wanted to sever ties with me as a patient. I felt baffled.I have never had a problem with Dr. Rao or any other staff member there. Stefanie proceeded to tell me that she had a meeting with Dr . Rao and that he mentioned he no longer wanted to see me as a patient. I was saddened. by this since I did not know why. . I am not sure if it was just a misunderstanding. But this was the most unprofessional communication i have had with any Drs or dental office. She was accusatory rather than trying to resolve things . She was just offended unnecessarily defended and reactive . kept interupting me. I felt SHOCKED That Dr Rao would tell the office manager he refused to see me as a patient. THe office manager also told me that Dr Rao doesn't see people who don't follow his recommendations. As I said It was not urgent to me because I was not in discomfort. Dr. Rao your office manager is not of the caliber of the rest of your staff. The only reason why I think this Office manager was so upset and trying to get rid of me and turn the Dr against me is because she didn't do HER joB. Anyway. I will miss you Virginia. You were the best. Dr Rao. Best of luck to you .“
