I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my pup received. Dog Mom was kind, patient, and treated my dog like family. My baby came home looking absolutely adorable, clean, and smelling amazing! It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and care about the pets they work with. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, but I felt completely confident leaving my dog in their care & also they give photo updates throughout which definitely is a plus. I took my dog to a new groomer today and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly cared about making dogs feel comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was the open-concept setup — you can actually see all of the grooming stations, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve been to places before where the grooming happens completely in the back, so the transparency here was a huge plus. Another thing that stood out was that they sent me pictures and videos throughout the grooming process, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to see how comfortable and well cared for he was during the appointment.

After dealing with Headaches from Petco, DOG MOM SAVES THE DAY. We went in for a Meet and Greet and they were able to take my dog Max in for a full grooming right off the introduction. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming . Most Groomers get nervous with French Bulldogs, But Dog Mom and crew made us feel comfortable and sent us Pictures and videos along the way! Clean and Happy Dog is what we got in return! Instantly referred my friends and family, They went in the same day and got the same exact treatment. Thank You !! We will be back !!
