I was introduced to Beauty and Fly through a friend and it was the best thing that ever happened to me! From the moment I met Catherine she was kind and listened to my issues and concerns about my face. I had just gone through a series of lasers for the lines and wrinkles around my mouth and chin with another doctor and I was very unhappy with the lack of results. Catherine understood my concerns and came up with solutions! We had a few visits and each time it improved more and more. I can honestly say that I am totally amazed with the results! She nailed it! I find myself looking at my face now and smiling! The office is warm and inviting and I always felt like a priority. It was very personalized. I always received a text the next day checking on me and any questions or concerns were always answered immediately. I have been to many top NYC doctors for injections/lasers and this experience was like no other. It is rare to find someone like Catherine who truly has a vested interest in her patients. Catherine is kind and personable and a true GEM.

It is rare to encounter someone as passionate about their craft as Tom. He truly cares about his work and it shows. He is patient, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Pricing was clear and reasonable, and he went above and beyond in setting everything up.
JSM has come through for our family twice on emergency calls, and both times Joe showed up fast. That alone sets him apart.

This place is amazing! I always get a 60-minute Swedish massage, and I must say I always fall asleep! It’s so relaxing and peaceful! The prices are reasonable as well. I’ve also had their facials; it was very nice and relaxing.
The guys at Kraft are always friendly and inviting during my visits. It’s been about two years now and for me there is no need to go anywhere else.
Love this place. Very well run. Master Oh and his teachers are the best mix of discipline and encouragement. Recommend trying it out for a few weeks. Lots of younger children but also some teens and adults. Bronxville location is convenient and the Dojang is large and very clean. My son loves it there.
I used to kill four or five mice a month in my house. Since I have used Village Exterminators I have not seen one mouse. At my request they knock every month to make sure all is well inside the home. I’m very appreciative.

I went to Prestige auto spa for a seat cleaning. The next day, when I realized that water from the cleaning had pooled in the seat crevice (not their fault, just gravity from the way the seat curved) they did a second round for free to ensure the issue was fixed.

I have seen Claudia (Skin Confident) a few times and have also brought my 13yo to her for teen facials and acne assessments. I cannot say enough good things about Claudia’s approach - to both me and my daughter - as well as her knowledge, her care and her honesty. Both my daughter and I felt completely comfortable with Claudia. She doesn’t push her products, or others, she listens and provides practical advice. She follows up and cares about how you’re doing post treatment and responds quickly and thoroughly to questions, texts and requests for appointments. We are thrilled to have found Claudia and so glad she relocated to Chappaqua. Easy location, great service and we both can’t wait for our next session(s) with her.

I had recently purchased a pair of sunglasses that came bent from the manufacturer and needed adjustment. Charles took care of me and made short work of the adjustment. We also spent a long time chatting about different sunglasses. It was clear that he doesn’t just work in the industry, he’s an enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge. The next time I buy a pair of sunglasses, or if the day comes that I need eyeglasses, this shop will be on my shortlist because of their selection and personable staff.

I was so glad to step into this nursery! The lady at the desk was very passionate, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. After explaining that I'd like to replant my cactus (and not knowing what I needed to do so.) I was informed I needed cactus soil. She then told me that she can REPLANT Dinkle (my cactus) for the SAME PRICE as if I were to JUST pay for new soil. While Dinkle was being cared for; I was informed I was overwatering him. She informed me on how to take better care of him and when to water him appropriately while he was moved into his new pot. She also asked about the amount of light Dinkle was getting and told me that I was doing a great job of that. Lastly, the lady described to me HOW Dinkle was going to grow in his new pot(outwards towards the edges of his pot then upwards). What a great experience, April was amazing! I went in for an under eye cream. April was so helpful that before I knew it she sat me down and was doing my makeup.
