1129B N Broadway, North Massapequa“I got results on my physical therapy challenge when I went to Dr Rob that I couldn’t get it anywhere else.
I had tried traditional “cookie cutter” PT offices, but they weren’t oriented towards athletes with high expectations and challenging goals. I specifically started looking for a PT that focused on endurance athletes because I had somethings in common with them.
Dr Rob’s hands on approach ensured I had a good balance of manipulation to find muscular problems, release them and identify weaknesses that needed to be rectified. His in office and at home exercises are HARD, but as an athlete, they are effective and were incredibly helpful in waking up muscles that were asleep.
Additionally, Dr Rob is very curious and welcomed all of my texts and emails where I detailed my status, observations and progress. He welcomed my participation and questions.
Bottom line: he promised me results and delivered on what I was hoping to achieve.“

I want to give a big shout-out to Scott Liptzin and his amazing team at the Long Island Stretching Institute in Hicksville.
A couple of months ago, I injured my knee and was dealing with pain that made walking especially difficult. After getting a recommendation, I reached out to Scott. He took the time to really understand what was going on and treated my knee with a combination of stretches, exercises, and other therapies.
After just the first visit, I already felt a noticeable improvement. The second visit was more intensive, and the progress continued. Scott and his team taught me several helpful exercises and educated me on how to take care of my knee on my own.
I highly recommend Scott and the entire team for anyone dealing with pain or injury. They truly know what they’re doing, and they really care.“

Very welcoming and CLEAN environment, much better than a lot of other big box gyms that I've belonged to in the past. It's unique because all of their services are a la carte so if you're just into working with your own personal trainer, or you just need a great local gym to stop in and do your own workout routine on your schedule, you can without a problem! Also, I am 100% addicted to the smoothie bar. Their protein smoothies are refreshing after a workout or any time really when you want a cold treat that feels like you're being bad... but you're not!!!“
