“If you’re on the fence, go!! Taylor was the instructor for my first class and absolutely slayed it. She really gets things going and gives you the extra push and motivation to keep going when you think you can’t. I promise it’s dark in there so no one is looking at you or even cares about anything other than themselves. It’s you vs you.Facility is very clean and easy to navigate. Don’t forget to grab a towel at the front desk- you’ll need it!“
“Shakti Yoga is a special spot. Yes, it's a place to practice yoga. But it's also a community and an anchoring point in this topsy-turvy world, too. Yes, Michelle and her team are teaching yoga. But this is also a place to practice more than poses and moving our bodies. It really is about breath and learning to move in the world from a creative, grounded, and alive place within ourselves, together. Come! Whether you've never set foot on a yoga mat before, or you've been practicing for years. Come, be in the room with us and see what's here for you.“
“I found the best gym to get back into shape! Jeremy and his team rock. Great energy. Amazing enthusiasm. And for anyone who’s ready to get back into better health… and a better life. What are you waiting for!“
“Such a wonderful yoga studio! I enjoy each and every class. The instructors are wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the studio is spotless!. Regardless of your age or fitness level, everyone is made to feel comfortable. I feel amazing after every class!“
“As an 88 year old guy, I know how important it is to keep moving , stretching and challenging my muscles. Dan has been very professional and helpful during my home sessions.“
“Fabulous. Had gotten away from yoga with covid, started back this January. I am an old guy, 67 but pretty fit. Love the power yoga, gives me the flexibility I need and also great cardio. Extra special during the winter months or when there are storms and I can't exercise outside easily. Had to learn that with my knee I can't do the up and down flow as quickly as the young folks, the instructors are great about reminding us that we all need to follow what our bodies need. I had to chill out and remember that it is not a competition, that is my issue not PYB's. Every instructor gives you something, and over time they change their classes just enough, perhaps concentrating on a particular area for one or two classes, something you may want to incorporate into your practice. I live out of town but am in Buffalo working 2 weeks a month, love this place, it is one of the great things about working here in Buffalo.“
“Shine Yoga is a beautiful studio. Sara (the owner) is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable!“
“I feel AMAZING after a few visits to Kula Yoga in Hamburg. It’s a really nice, clean and super friendly studio. The teachers are very good and also encouraging. Unlike many Bikram studios it has hard wood flooring, fans and air purifiers. This makes the experience much nicer! Along with that are large dressing rooms with showers. Also the juice/smoothie/bowl cafe allows yoga students to pre order, so your smoothie is ready for you after class. I’ve been to many Bikram studios (including Bikram’s in LA) - this is the nicest I’ve seen!!!!“
“It is a beautiful vive and building. Very good place to practice and see your flow. My favorite is the projector lights of the moon and aura lights, wow! This spot is very comfy, cozy, and clean. Felt right at home, thank you!“
“I went to a Saturday morning 26/2 class. While I am not a beginner and this was not my first hot yoga class, I struggled a bit and was not able to complete the hour-long class. That being said, I loved it and felt amazing afterwards. Everyone at the studio made me feel comfortable and welcome, and made sure to check in with me after the class to see how I was doing. It was an incredible experience and I believe I may even do it again!“
“The sound bath is wonderful. I’ve gone twice and several friends joined me the 2nd time and now we’re hooked. Your whole body resonates with the sound and you walk out feeling refreshed and amazing. Carrie has such a soothing presence that she creates the ideal experience“
“Joined an adult beginner class and am LOVING it. Our instructor is energetic, encouraging, experienced, and fun!“
“Sarah presented 2 school assemblies focused on National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Stanley G. Falk School. Sarah's presentations were high energy, informative, and her passion for dance, culture, and learning is unmatched in my experience. Sarah curates authentic performances and presentations that provide fully immersive experiences and opportunities to get up and get moving. She challenged students to get out of their comfort zones and they did! I would highly recommend Sarah, she is passionate, a talented dancer, loving, patient, and a strong communicator. We can't wait to partner with Sarah again in the future. Working with her has been a highlight and enhanced the overall educational experience for students.“
“my favorite yoga studio, my favorite instructors, my fav beautiful space! i love that i can be myself here and there’s no pressure, just a good workout and good vibes every single time :)“
“Recently got a haircut with Annie, did a great job! Mom and sister usually get color done with her and they are always very happy. Saw a sign for $5 spray tans and asked about it since I've never had a spray tan so was apprehensive... ended up trying it because why not for $5... turned out great! They have a Versaspa that's completely automated. Took 5 minutes and you walk out dry without feeling sticky. I only got the level 1 and will probably go up next time but am definitely happy with it and still have good color 5 days later. I showered 8 hrs after the spray and lost a little color which was to be expected. Will be returning frequently for the spray tan!!“
“The best yoga experience I've had in my life. All of the instructors are incredible. Yoga Parkside has created a healing space where all can feel comfortable, welcome, and safe.“
“I took a Vinyasa Flow yoga class with the instructor Jessica and it was amazing! It was a 60 minute class, for $10, that allowed all levels to participate. The class focused on mindful movement and breathing with an intensity level that was adjusted by the yoga instructor to suit the levels of the yoga participants. The mats were all spaced out 6 feet apart and there was an air purifier running throughout class. The yoga room only holds seven people at a time (the yoga instructor in the front and then two rows of three yoga mats) and has beautiful lights with calming music. I appreciated the small yoga class size because it felt more personal while also being pandemic friendly. Face masks were of course worn throughout class and there was hand sanitizer available if anyone needed. After class I felt very stretched out, relaxed, and proud to share my yoga practice with a small community of others. Would recommend!“
“There's nothing like the vibe here. Nothing compares to this workout. Mind body soul is more than a T-shirt. Candice will push you further than you thought you could go! I've never regretted a moment in this studio!“
“I've tried a handful of classes from here and I've enjoyed every one. Somehow they are able to make working out super enjoyable while still having a zen space/vibe.Instructors/ staff is very kind and knowledgeable“
“What a beautiful place, with beautiful instructors that facilitate your learning process.“
“Best Thai stretch massage ever!! Robyn and her team can’t be beat for Pilates. Knowledgeable, caring and just overall terrific! I highly recommend them.“
“This gym always has everything working fine. The Jacuzzi, the Sauna, bathroom, lockers, showers, equipment, etc. The staff are cool and down to earth. A well managed location. I'm having fun and getting in shape!“
“Kathy is a wonderful instructor. She's very knowledgeable about Hatha Yoga. I enjoy her class!“
