I've tried a handful of classes from here and I've enjoyed every one. Somehow they are able to make working out super enjoyable while still having a zen space/vibe.Instructors/ staff is very kind and knowledgeable
Yoga 6 has been a self care game changer. In the beginning of the year, I experienced some struggles with my mental health. I joined Yoga 6 as a way to have something for myself and to work on mindfulness. The staff is very friendly, you're always greeted with a smile and they know you by name. I recommend Yoga 6 to all of my friends and family. If you're looking for a yoga studio, this place is it!
I had tried Yoga in the past but struggled, I always felt judged or silly looking, and felt like I did everything wrong.I’ve completed six classes at Yoga Six and I’m excited to continue. Even though I’m not any “better” at yoga than I was in the past, I don’t feel judged or silly looking, just helped and supported. I leave class feeling better!I’ve taken Y6 101 and Y6 Restore with Lise and Ashley and both have been great! I’m very excited to continue my practice with YogaSix.
