The place itself is also so beautiful and peaceful, all of the staff were so friendly, there’s little treats and tea and juice being offered and you really feel cared for. Fantastic atmosphere and incredible massage 10/10!!!!“

250 Carlaw Ave suite 101, Toronto“Today was my first time at Slow Medicine -what a beautiful, warm and inviting space. I had an RMT appointment with Peter, and this was by far one of the best treatments I've received. I am seven months post total hip replacement. After having lived with a problematic hip joint for years, surrounding muscles and tissues have compensated resulting in chronic tension. I walked out feeling relief! I am definitely going back! Peter was kind and attentive, checked-in when he applied more pressure, and clearly knew what he was doing! Thank you!“

174 Spadina Ave. Unit 103, Toronto“I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Thiru and it was absolutely wonderful. I felt so relaxed after it and today my body continues to feel better! Thanks!“
“The owner is great. She does a lot of classes and is very friendly and was offering to show the blue jays world series game at her studio. I came here specifically for restorative class and though my first class was great enough to come back a 2nd time, I think restorative yoga would be best for me if it were quieter with less talking which allows more focus on the individual body as per Judith lasaters restorative yoga instruction. The teacher Monica is super kind nevertheless!“

2053 Danforth Ave, Toronto“I got the two-week intro pass at The Pink Studio, which lets you try unlimited classes, and it was such a great experience! I tried Jazz, Pilates, Yoga, and even an ABC (arms, booty, core) class. Each one was amazing in its own way—Jazz was so fun and energetic, Pilates was such a great workout, Yoga left me feeling refreshed, and the ABC class was an absolute favorite! All of the instructors were incredibly welcoming and supportive, which made it easy to feel comfortable even as a beginner. I highly recommend The Pink Studio to everyone—definitely give it a shot!“

1153 Queen St W Unit 205, Toronto“Austin is very knowledgeable and experienced in prescribing exercises that directly deal with the root cause and conditions of presenting physical issues. He also really goes deeply into the layers of tissue adhesions collected through happenings in life. Highly recommended if you are looking beyond pacifying symptoms and are ready to really go deep. A whole new level of deep tissue.“

1380 Don Mills Rd., Toronto“I had a great experience at LA Fitness, and a big part of that was thanks to Kira. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Not only did she make sure I was comfortable and set up properly at the gym, but she also went out of her way to help me find my AirPods, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and genuinely kind and thoughtful. Kira is a real asset to LA Fitness, and her positive energy makes the whole place better. Highly recommend!“

8AM - 1PM
702 Pape Ave, Toronto“I've been a member of Energia Athletics for a year now. I started at the complete beginning of a new fitness journey, where a flight of stairs would have me out of breath. I had a conventional gym membership, but always found ways to talk myself out of going! My partner encouraged me to give CrossFit a try.
I started with Energia’s CrossFit Foundations, where the coaches get to know you one-on-one and go over the basics in great detail; and then joined the regular classes. The community and culture of Energia has made it easy to stick to, and the members become your friends, who encourage you during your workouts together. I think my fitness has greatly improved over the year and I'm looking forward to doing more! Jess, Bernard and all the coaches are an amazing team who meet you where you're at, encourage you, but also make you feel comfortable with no judgement. They're incredibly detailed with their instruction and prioritise correct form and technique. I definitely recommend Energia to anyone. ?“

“cofounders Catalina Moraga and Andre Talbot have crafted a movement studio with exceptional consideration towards not only our individual growth, but also the wellbeing of the larger community. As a practitioner there for nearly a decade, I’ve lost count of the times students have expressed how grateful they are that Sprit Loft exists. If you’re searching for something beyond what the cookie cutter fitness industry offers- Spirit Loft is where it’s at!“

243 Coxwell Ave, Toronto“Absolutely love Puppy Love Yoga- the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the wellbeing of the pups. Plus, if you're into yoga, our instructor gave us some really amazing personalized tips to get the most out of our poses (in-between snuggling puppies, of course). I've been three times and am always inviting new friends to come out with me.“

“Marion Penny-Mallette is a miracle worker. I've never had a bad massage at Yoga Mamas, but once I encountered Marion I never looked back. She's not only highly skilled and knowledgeable as a Registered Massage Therapist but also warm, wise and welcoming as a human being. I look forward to our sessions like I would a mini vacation, and I literally feel it if I go too long without seeing her.
For example: I once I slipped on my stairs post-partum and landed on my tail bone. It was so painful I could barely sit down. But then I went to see Marion and after one deep-tissue session, I felt intense relief and stunned gratitude.
This place is wonderful in general, but people like Marion make it feel like home to me.
