“Want the best spin class in WNY? Go to rise, want an Okayish spin class? Go somewhere else. We've tried others but no one can compare, sorry everyone else.
High energy instructions, lots of room z passionate owner, passionate coaches, and an amazing caring community that genuinely cares about you as a person and the WNY community as a whole! If you haven't get in here and try it, even if it's a drive, it's worth it.”
“I took my first class here. Ive been in the fitness community for the past 2+ years and decided to try out pilaties for the first time. Inferno pilaties at that. Everyone was very welcoming and few were even more so encouraging. The class was lead by Janie. She was able to keep the energy and was able to showcase the moves we would be performing for our workout pretty well. I will say that it was challenging but THATS THE WHOLE POINT! If you are in the area go check out this establishment!”
“Last Thursday was a tough grief anniversary for me. On these days I am a firm believer in self care. I was looking for a sense of grounding & belonging which I found at Shine! The atmosphere was so calming & Sara was so welcoming. The old Victorian home was stunning & provided a more personal experience. The tea time after class was exactly what I needed before heading back into my day. I can’t wait to go back to restore my body, mind & spirit!”
