I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I recently got stuck with no air conditioning. I called up Turnbull and they were quick and responsive. Tom the technician came out and did a thorough inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes the air conditioner was ice cold. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed!Service: HVAC system repair

Not only was the technician courteous and kind, Tom took the time to explain all about our furnace, filters, error codes, and a multitude of other things like ducts and vents. He answered our numerous questions and seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge with us. He also was kind enough to share his vaccination status and still wear a mask in our home. We discussed so many topics from air cleaning technology to future air conditioning installation and he was knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. The cost was reasonable and he told me how to get discounts in the future. I cannot say enough good about our experience. Highly recommend.
