After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. There is no doubt we will be using Metro Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC need from now on. Thanks Chuck for your excellent service!Service: Heating system repair

Chuck Harris' Metro Heating & Cooling did a great job installing a new Rheem furnace & AC in my home in Brighton. Chuck is honest and very knowledgeable in explaining how everything works and recommending the best units for my application. He left the property clean and his work is neat.I am very comfortable in recommending Metro H&C to friends and I've already done so to one living in Fairport. My friend had Metro replace a heat pump system with a new Rheem system.
