We’ve been in our home since 2019. Michael at BP continues to be our only call for our furnace, a/c and hot water tank. Honesty, integrity & good work are qualities Michael has.
Michael is extremely helpful. Sunday, January 25 we awoke to no heat. My call to Michael included that our thermostat had been acting up a few days prior. With heavy snow present, Michael spent over an hour with me on the phone, literally diagnosing while I did exactly what he explained after he asked if I were comfortable removing the two furnace panels.
