I have never been so pleased with the service, friendly staff, and no surprises.I highly recommend their service and all HAVC needs for your home and business.From 1being the lowest to 10 being the highest in recommendation, I rate them 11.
Excellent Air stands up to it's name! James and Peter showed up right on time and they did an awesome and seemingly fast work of a new furnace and a/c. Very polite and helpful, they explained things and answered my questions thoroughly and with kindness. They left the basement spotless too, didn't even know they had been there! Thank you everyone at Excellent Air, we appreciate all you did for our home.
Woke up & the house was 64 degrees, during one of the coldest days 2 weeks ago. We called Excellent Air & they sent Josh over within hours. He did a thorough check list & found the problem immediately. He also did a cleaning while he was there, all the while our dog was barking at him. It never bothered him. He also was very neat, clean with his “booties” on every time he entered the house. We would highly recommend & never use anyone else!! Love that it’s family owned!!Thanks Excellent Air. See you in the Spring.
