My experience has all the above qualities, they were all professional, responsive, prompt, and provided excellent workmanship. From start to finish, they all were great. They updated my house in ways beyond what I thought possible and provided what I was eligible for through NYSERDA. The quality of the work and products, excellent. Josh came to do the annual cleaning and maintenance on my furnace. He asked detailed questions and gave detailed answers.He found a gas leak that he repaired for me , and he checked with his boss on a concern I had, and resolved the issue. I am the operations director for Geotherm Inc. We used Home Comfort for spray foam and vapor barrier on our latest geothermal project. They did a phenomenal job coordinating with my customer and creating a five-star experience for them. I reviewed the project a month later and I definitely will be using them for all of our Insulation situations. I highly recommend them
