I would have wished for three things in retrospect: an Explanation For why exercises for the eyes were preferable than prism lenses, A more clearly articulated step-by-step process of what was to follow after this visit, and Is the case with my primary care physician after each visit, I would have benefited from a written summary of what occurred during the visit and what was to occur after the visit.
Weeks after having a prescription filled by Dr Kaplow…. Previously most of my glasses had prescriptions which were inadequate after a period of time when my eyes would get tired. I have Used the prescription by Dr. Kaplow now for weeks and I can still see as sharp as ever even after an hour or more of reading. I firmly believe the business of making a prescription is more art than science. Other doctors might simply listen for a yes or no, but I’m convinced that Dr Kaplow listens with a more refined ear and many years of experience and that this is what resulted in one of the best prescriptions that I’ve ever had in the 25 years of wearing glasses. I would seek no other doctor for future prescriptions. It doesn’t get any better than this.”
