“My husband and I had an outstanding experience! My appointment was at 11:45 a.m. and my husband's was at 12:30 p.m. We arrived around 11:30 a.m. and were warmly greeted by a gentleman who got the check-in process started right away.
Within about 45 minutes, we were both seen by the doctor and optometrist. Everyone took the time to thoroughly explain the exam process, our options for frames, and all costs involved, so there were no surprises. We never felt rushed and the entire experience was professional, efficient, and relaxed.
The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and welcoming. We drove from Watertown, NY, and it was well worth the trip. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!”
