We were visiting Rochester and my son lost one of screws for the nose pieces. Repairs kits did work out so we called Shaw and they fixed my son’s glasses in a few minutes and even adjusted them! If I lived in the area I would go to Shaw. Great people there. Thanks.

I like Shaw Opticians but what is in the air. Been coming for the past four years. Not sure what's going on with the lady Janet looking all weird and bothered by the exchange of the incorrect frame I came in about. Then she tried to get snappy about her not being the one that gave me the frame that I did not pick out. She stated "That was Liz not me I'm Janet." "We get that alot" as far as the two favoring each other in appearance. It was weird because I came in happy that it could be corrected not knowing she would greet me with attitude.
