I had such a a great experience getting a fine-line tattoo from Becca at Adorn 1220 studios. This was a surprise for my husband and she delivered my exact vision. Let me tell you, I would rate them a 10 if possible. I drive by one day and saw a walk in sign. I waited a few days and googled their reviews. After seeing many positive reactions, I decided to do just that, walk in and observe, mind you, this was a Saturday afternoon around 2pm I think. What I observed when I walked in was Ms. Surple the owner of the hair salon crafting a wonderful cut on a woman with beautiful purple hair. I had to comment how beautiful it was! Ms. Surple was also dying her own hair the same magenta purple whilst crafting her customers style. Watching Surple cut hair with a confidence that most other stylists do not have. She knew exactly what she was doing and her clients hair came out perfect. I was impressed and asked her if she had the time to take me and my hair on that day, and she graciously accepted. I had hair that was badly damaged from a perm done by another salon this past summer. My hair was broken off badly and needed a good cut getting all the bad ends off without making my hair too short. Ms. Surple took her time and gave me a hair consultation, cut and styled my hair perfectly just as I had requested along with giving me great advice on how to style and what products that my hair needed. After her styling my hair, I had to ask her to put some blond streaks in my hair to help match in the grays that are already framing my face and to add some highlights and dimension to my dull ash brown hair. During our consultation, I had told her that I used to highlight my hair with many different red shades. So she decided to put some red streaks in to surprise me. I love the confidence that she has in her own skills! She did my hair so pretty, it came out perfect. I feel so much better with my new look! Ms. Surple knew exactly what I needed and I’am so very grateful to have found her! She has a new client for life. Her prices are very reasonable too ! Oh and she did all of this whilst dying her own hair. It is so pretty ! That deep magenta purple and it came out stunning on her and her client who was there when I walked in. I will be bringing my whole family here from now on. I rate Empire Salon a 10 out of 10! :D

I booked a haircut with Sam for my 2.5 year olds cut. I was nervous to take him to a place that wasn’t designed specifically for kids but saw online that they offered boys haircut and had good reviews. I called ahead to make sure they would be okay with doing it since it takes a little more patience with toddlers and was reassured they are happy to take young kids. Sam did my son’s haircut and he was so great with him! Very patient and flexible with getting him comfortable & distracted. They also had a few kids books on the table and turned on cartoons when we walked in. Very happy with the cut and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend! :)

So when I moved to Rochester I knew it would be a challenge finding a barber that I vibe with and also get a fresh cut. Well challenge complete now that I met Ricardo at Edge! I've been up here about a year and it took me that long to find another barber that I am content with. Being a woman in search of a barber isn't always the easiest process. It's extremely important for me to be comfortable and authentic and that's exactly what Ricardo delivered ? He is a master barber with an amazing personality, easy to vibe with, and made me feel more then welcome ? Edge is a whole vibe I'm grateful to have found!
We love Edge Barber Shop! They are fantastic with kids - they always turn a kid show or movie on and their haircuts come out great! They have temporary hair dye in a variety of colors and can do lightning bolts and other designs too. My younger son really struggled with haircuts for several months (screaming, crying, dripping sweat, we had to hold him down….) and they were awesome with him - they worked with him to make him more comfortable and now he has no issues! 10/10 recommend!
Everyone knows that Italian barbershop are the best. The legend Salvatore "Sam" Polito cut my hair for 40 years and I never had a bad haircut. But one day I stumbled into Mike's barber shop. Mike is a super nice Ukrainian man and after going to him for a year (now 5 years) I must admit that he is even better than my compari Sam Polito. How can this be? Well Mike is just a gifted hair cutter. Yes I said GIFTED! He is also a very gentle soul and since I am 25% Ukrainian we have things to talk about, like Ukey food such as pyrohy(pierogi's), holobsti (stuffed cabbage), and borscht. But I digress.The bottom line is that Mike is the best barber I ever saw. You do not even have to tell him what you want...he just knows. Everyone walks out looking terrific and his prices are very reasonable. I pray for Ukraine to survive the Russian onslaught. Mike has no love for Mr. Putin.But he is now an American citizen and a Patriotic one at that. I tell you you will get the best haircut you ever got. God bless. Dr. Brett Huther

I've been to numerous locations in the Finger Lakes area and I have to say my favorite is the Webster location that I was lucky enough to come across the other day. Taylor was awesome and explaining how the red light therapy works as well as the gym membership, the other locations that I've been to did not have that to offer. I'm looking forward to signing up for the gym membership thank you for all your help taylor! Not to mention the cleanest establishment by far!

I have been going to Impulse for almost 20 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else but AnnaLisa with my hair! She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to find out what style will work with not only my face, but my lifestyle as well! For me, that means long enough that I can put it up, and a cut that I can style in 15 minutes or less. I always get compliments on both the cuts and color. She does a great job with my kids too!! She is both patient and does a great job on their hair!! We have moved out to Ogden since I started with AnnaLisa and I still make the trip across to town to see her! She is worth it!!

The nicest hairstylist, Taylor Arbore works here, and I can't say enough great things about her. I have been seeing her for almost a year, and I have never left unhappy. I was with a hair stylist for almost 20 years that did what she wanted to my hair and it was terrible. When I finally left and came to Taylor, I was very scared and and nervous. Regretfully, I probably wasn't the nicest person because at that point I did not trust hair stylist. But Taylor is not like this at all! She takes her time and makes sure to show you the process and explain everything. She gives her professional opinion but does not push you into a color or cut. She does not rush your appointment or have multiple people going at once. She makes sure to show me what the hair looks like through out the process to ease my nerves if we are doing something different. She has the bubbliest personality and always makes me laugh and enjoy getting my hair done. There is so much more I could say about Taylor but this review would be so much longer than it is already is. Just know that if you go to Taylor, which you totally should, you will leave happy, with beautiful hair and with so much confidence!! Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment with Taylor! You will not regret it!!

We noticed the Premier Hardwood truck in our neighborhood several times over the years while walking our dog, and we knew we would need them to refinish our floors eventually. Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!

Wow! I cannot say enough positive things about Rick Marzano. I was in the hunt for someone to do my kitchen backsplash tile, and found Rick Marzano online and gave him a call due to his positive reviews I read. I received a phone call back within two hours of leaving Rick a message. On that phone call, he was professional and friendly, and we set up a time for him to come over and give me an estimate for my project. After meeting Rick and getting the estimate, we were very confident to move forward and have Rick do our backsplash.
He was able to get us in within two weeks of the estimate. He was always timely, friendly, and professional While working on our backsplash. I enjoyed talking to him very much while he was here also. I also appreciated the fact that he picked up and cleaned his work area every time after he left. He was done the project within 2 1/2 days and it looks absolutely amazing! Along the way he asked me questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly remarkable. The finished project is absolutely amazing. After realizing the previous owner of our house had the 60ft deck installed without flashing, we realized we had major rot problem on our hands. We called everyone we could and everyone (including John) was booked for months. John offered to come by and take a look anyway as did a few others. John was the only one who came as promised. He took the time to walk my husband through the different scenarios and wrote up a professional quote and contract. Knowing we were in a bad situation, John worked us in immediately. He is genuine and knowledgeable. He tidied up at the end of the day. He answered all my numerous questions. In a world filled with people just trying to get the job done, it is obvious that he takes pride in his work and in his ability to “make it right”. We are only 1 day in on the job and he already has demonstrated more follow through and communication than anyone I’ve ever worked with. Will update when the job is done. Extremely impressed so far.

I end up cutting them off with they try explaining things because I actually feel guilty about the amount of time they spend with me! They are so good at diagnosing and resolving my pain! I love their personalities and sense of humor! Lastly, Kim has a great demeanor and adds to the family, fun atmosphere!

Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!
It was very hard for me to choose a vet for my cat Mango (pictured below) as a lot of vet clinics, in my experience, have extremely below-average cat care, choosing to treat cats as small dogs instead of as their own thing with unique needs and health issues, but I am beyond happy with my choice to go to the Webster clinic so far. The staff and Dr. Lewis are always extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond when answering my questions regarding vaccines, flea and tick treatment, diet etc.. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. They’re also very good with approving prescriptions for Chewy very quickly so I’ve never had an issue getting medication when needed ?
I am so happy to have found this place! The doctors obviously care for their patients but also the pet parents. I had to put my kitty down and I got a hand written note in the mail from the doctor who performed the procedure. She walked me through it step by step while I ugly cried and I’m just so grateful that she was there with me.
I took my senior mini labradoodle in for an infection in his eyelid that he had surgery on a few days before at our regular vets office. It was driving my poor dog crazy with the itching. Everyone at Animal Intermediate Care was kind and compassionate with my sweet boy. Because this happened on a Sunday, I didn't want him to have to wait to be seen at our regular vets office on Monday. He had his eye cleaned well and was given antibiotic eye drops.Thank you for your compassion and services.

John does a wonderful job with my dog. His place is always very clean and the dogs seem happy. I highly recommend him.
I had an amazing massage with Ty today and I was truly impressed from start to finish. She was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with from the initial booking all the way through the service and even afterward. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — relaxing, therapeutic, and clearly done by someone who is very skilled. I enjoyed it so much that I rebooked with her immediately.
