Lex provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was kind, professional, and made scheduling my contact lens appointment incredibly easy. She answered all my questions and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to Lex, this location has earned my business for life. She is a true asset to the team!

Debra was Absolutely Wonderful, Great Personality. Very Helpful, made shopping for glasses FUN👍👍👍
First and most important, the on-site staff is terrific 💯 👍
The remote eye exam process is not good. I do not recommend participating. A routine 30 minute appointment took well over an hour. Three photos/videos of my eyes, the long upload process for each effort, the Dr review, the Dr instruction to look this way or that way for all three efforts.
I was told it would take longer.
I did not expect a 70+ minute excursion.
The staff on site was wonderful.
Further, I've worn contacts for 30+ years. The after all this, I still don't have a finalized contact prescription. Ridiculous.
