Really feels like an optical place from the eighties. My issue is with the “take a number” nonsense. To pick up contacts, i have to take a number. Then i have to sit down and wait as the person does who knows what on the computer. After that i finally get to pay for them and leave. Why cant one of the 5 or so girls sitting at the counter just ring me out? Does it take s specialist to run a card?
The staff and DrTad are always so friendly and positive and approachable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
