Had my septic cleaned and inspected by Jessie today and he explained my many questions. It was a bit pricey but worth it to have things explained which was not done by the installation company. Also talked to receptionist, Molly, who was also friendly and asked if Jessie could come early. The process was made easier by these employees. Thank You
Just had my septic tank pumped out this morning. made an appointment last week for today. The driver called just before arriving. the driver was courteous and explained what he was
looking for when he evaluated the condition of the tank.
fortunately the contents were ideal (the bacteria was healthy).
He was very respectful of the area around the tank sight and left
everything as clean as it was.
I thought the price was very reasonable especially in todays market.
As a busy Realtor the last thing I want to do is spend needless time waiting around for a septic person - welp, Mitch from Chamberlain called me before he went out, gave me his ETA, beat me to the house, found the septic spot, pumped, inspected all with a smile on a 90 degree day and within 40 minutes soup to nuts. Beyond happy. Thank you Mitch for your attitude and professionalism. Bravo!
