My 5 year old Coton de Tulear got really sick on the weekend when our primary doctor’s office was closed. Jennifer & Melena showed incredible care and tenderness for my pup. Dr Lamb was thorough and communicated with me the entire time. The office is modern and welcoming, and the waiting room felt like I was in someone’s living room. There is a nice grassy area outside thats shaded for pups to relieve themselves. The clinic is easy to access from the highway and has lots of parking. The whole place is one level for handicap accessibility. Highly recommend.
When none of the emergency vets would take our dog after his K9 tooth fell out, AIC was there for us. Got us in immediately, didn't wait long, got a prescription quickly and the bill wasn't bad at all. So thankful this place exists.
If I could give them 100 stars I would, to start with the receptionists are very kind, the veterinary assistant treats the animals with a lot of love and the veterinarian is exceptional. my little dog is weak she is 16 years old and the veterinarian was honest with me. While I was waiting for the veterinarian I could hear how they treated the pets with love. I am Hispanic and I felt respected and very well treated, my little dog is already a bit more stable, she is running a bit more very grateful to them. Even though my little dog maybe needed a surgery that maybe she wasn't going to survive the veterinarian didn't worry about it being more expensive but instead cared...read full review
