This place is an emergency vet in Webster on Ridge Road. We had to take our dog in on a Sunday on Father's Day last year 2022 and they were great. Our dog cannot be around other animals but you can let them know when you call for availability. When you get there, you check in and they have you wait in your car until a room is available and they will call you to come in when the waiting room is clear. They were very accommodating and helpful in our time of need.

Bless AIC! My 15-year old dog lost control of his bladder and hind legs this morning, and I was frantic. AIC was able to see us, after other emergency/urgent care hospitals turned us away. I understand there's a shortage of care in Rochester, but it's terrifying when you don't know what's wrong with your pet, or how serious it is, and are told over and over again that no one can see him. We were able to get in quickly for them to check his vitals, and then the wait to see a doctor wasn't terrible, either! The entire staff was wonderful: kind, patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I'm happy to say my dog is already feeling probably 90% better....read full review

I can't say enough positive things about this place. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and professional. The facility is immaculate and the level of care is wonderful. We were able to get our cat in right away, and within a few hours of bringing him home, he already had his appetite back and was looking infinitely better. My family will not hesitate to recommend AIC to anyone in need of pet care.
