My daughter wrote a very favorable review for me in December 2022. This is now my fourth time going back and each and EVERY time, I have had an exceptional experience. I have not even had the same person on any of these occasions which means the quality of ALL of them are exceptional. I would recommend this Baytown location to anyone! Thank you again, Tracy, Rowan, Rikke and last but not least... (I had put Jeff the last time but pretty sure his name is actually Jerramy? You were at the Greece location and come to the Baytown location allot to help out, but I've been told that your now at the four corners location). Anyway. Traci is amazing. I was introduced to Traci by my mom and she does such an amazing job that I wait weeks/ months just to get my hair done by her since I don’t live locally. She does a great cut, color with highlights, blowout and even my brows. Our whole family including my husband and son go to her and she is so sweet and a pleasure to be around. She is also very fast and efficient! What a gem!

This was my first time going here and did so because my other (more expensive) hairdresser was booked for over a months I walked in and was greeted right away by 2 very pleasant ladies. Tracy did an amazing job with my cut and was so personable. I will definitely be going back and 100% recommend going there.
