“A refreshing absolute first rate service experience. From the person who answered the phone after hours, to the person that called me back as soon they opened to the technician that came to do the service. They told me what and when they were going to do something and did it with genuine concern, care and professionalism. The technician on site walked through a thorough inspection and determined the issue was outside of the house. He had every right to tell me to call RG&E and leave. He didn't. He went over and above and called RG&E for me so he could explain what the issue was to expedite RG&E's repair. He then waited until RG&E was on-site. Highly recommend Lon Lockwood Electric.“
