I am so happy to have found this place! The doctors obviously care for their patients but also the pet parents. I had to put my kitty down and I got a hand written note in the mail from the doctor who performed the procedure. She walked me through it step by step while I ugly cried and I’m just so grateful that she was there with me.
Dr. Gebbie and staff understand my anxious dog. He can't handle his yearly visit without medication and a muzzle, and they are so kind about that. My 60 lb. boy scooches fearfully into a corner where I hug and hold him as Dr. Gebbie conducts the exam on her knees. I've never had a dog like this and I'm glad that they can treat him on his level.
Everybody was so welcoming!! Couldn't ask for anything better. They took care of our cat, and answered all the questions we had. They are very professional and very sweet at the same time.
We would give them 10 stars if it was available!
