After realizing the previous owner of our house had the 60ft deck installed without flashing, we realized we had major rot problem on our hands. We called everyone we could and everyone (including John) was booked for months. John offered to come by and take a look anyway as did a few others. John was the only one who came as promised. He took the time to walk my husband through the different scenarios and wrote up a professional quote and contract. Knowing we were in a bad situation, John worked us in immediately.
