I cannot say enough great things about this place. I lost my puppy Thor a few days ago and they were nothing short of exceptional. During my difficult time they made the process go smooth and took a lot off my plate. They waited till I could get there even tho they had already closed when I called. I was not rushed to say goodbye and was told to take as much time as I needed. They treated my dog as their own and showed him so much love. I knew from that moment I had went to the right place. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Im so grateful from the bottom of my heart for everything they did for me. Thank you guys so much!!!! ❤️

Donna, the owner of the salon, is the only individual that understands the way my hair works. I have been going to barber shops for the past 20 years and just so happened to be referred to Donna at Strands while I was visiting New York and I couldn't be happier for going there. I am new to the area and am happy to say I found a gem in Jackie O’s Salon and Spa. Danielle was able to create a wonderful custom color and when I went back for a haircut, it turned out beautiful. I needed a wonderful cut and she came through. My previous cut left my hair with some unevenness. She fixed that and beautiful. In the picture I just took however it was raining and my hair got a little wet. Looked better right after.
Erin at the Fairport location is always amazing at what she does! Shes very experienced in her craft and knows exactly how to bring to life the ideas in my head. I feel like this location is so much more professional than the others. Super friendly staff, experienced stylists. You really cant go wrong. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

I went to Hairzoo twice to see Emily. The first time she did french braids and they looked so good, plus i was in and out ! the result didn’t looked rushed at all and she was super nice ! The second time she did a cut. It looked really good and made sure i liked it before i left. I look forward to returning to her for some highlights !

Stopped in here while waiting on my car in the same plaza. I had a couple of hours to kill and they offered the massage chair and filled the tub for me to soak my feet while they finished up others. They were cracking jokes with customers and making me laugh as well. Welcomed me to relax and stick around after too if my car wasn't ready. I'ce never been to such a friendly nail salon before! They did a great job on my pedi as well. I'll definitely be back!

Crystal Nails is the best spot for a pedicure in town. I travel a little extra just to get their speciality pedicures. The green tea pedi is the absolute best and most relaxing treatment I have ever had. Tina is amazing and goes the distance to make sure you are relaxed. The massages are so worth it! I can’t say enough about this Salon. Especially the nails. Stacy is amazing. I get gel nails and there is no acetone used to remove the old product. No drilling the nails no pain. I will never go anywhere else for nails. Not to mention my hair cut and color is the best it’s been in a decade!

The entry could use some sprucing up. The furniture looks very worn. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bed slept amazing. The front desk staff very nice very helpful. When I made my reservation, Danielle was very helpful with finding me a room with a view of the greenery and he set up my spa services. I do have one complaint that stood out while having dinner my waiter Constantine. Spelled with a K Asked if there was anything else that he could get me I said yes I would like some bread he responded with we do not offer bread. My response was the Woodcliff. Don’t have any bread.? He said they do, but you would have to purchase it? That was the end of the conversation after I gave him a long stare because what I did not request was free bread I requested (bread) Sometimes we miss the opportunity of good service and of making an extra dollar because of our own assumptions Or perceptions. Constantine was supposed to bring me bread and the price of the bread was supposed to be on my invoice. Nothing more nothing less. Other than that, I want it to be out of the way for a bit of peaceful respite and the spa at Woodcliff definitely provided that for me. That view from the tranquility room is absolutely amazing. I could’ve stayed in there all day the furniture, the placement of the furniture, the soothing calming color palette 10 out of 10.
I had a water powered back up sump pump installed. Mike came to provide an estimate, explain the installation process and answer all my questions. He came back to do the install and did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would and was friendly, professional and very precise. I can see why my neighbor recommended Alberti & Sons. I would definitely recommend them.

Spartacus was such a great company to work with. We had our basement finished off by them and we couldn’t be more happy. The owner was so quick to answer any questions we had before and during the process (sometimes it takes forever to get in contact with a contractor, not these guys)! The team as a whole was professional, efficient with their time and always kept their work space clean and organized. When everything was said and done we were blown away by the quality of work. Everything was meticulously finished, I wish we had done it sooner! We will 100% work with Spartacus again! If you are looking for a company for a project, this is the one!!!!!!!!
Bob installed a beautiful black aluminum fence around our pool this Fall. I did feel that I had to nag him a bit to stay on top of communication, but once he had the fence on hand, he had it installed and completed within a few days. It turned out perfect! Our lines are perfectly straight and level the entire way around.
This company sent two workers to my home on Belmeade Rd this morning. It was early and the trucks were on my lawn putting down dirt on my lawn! Their company did the road work on our street last year. I was so happy this morning to see Paul and AJ fixing my lawn carefully. They are coming back later with grass spray. The trucks and equipment did a lot of damage to our lawns last year. Today to see the care and friendliness of Paul and AJ was such a day brightener.

Mark”s stump grinding was fantastic! The large pine tree stump was not a problem for Mark’s equipment and he had it done less than an hour. My wife is very happy.
I reached out to several businesses re: tree removal. Spartan Tree Removal is the only company that called back, and within 24 hours. Since the tree had fallen onto my fence the owner, Cameron, provided me with options for having the tree safely removed. Since no other contractor got back to me I have no price comparison, however, the price seemed reasonable based on the scope of the project. He was back the next day and the tree was safely removed and disposed of. The job was completed with care and professionalism.

Nicole is an excellent yoga teacher who offers both online and in person options for her yoga classes. She is also a skilled massage therapist.
I have been going here for a massage regularly for the past several years. I find it a great compliment to the chiropractic adjustments that I get from the same office. Very friendly and great hands.
The facility is always clean and welcoming. I have worked with Cheyanne for some time now and am so pleased with how much she has helped with my shoulders and tension headaches. She focuses on the right muscles and uses techniques that don't leave me feeling sore the next day.
You can get a nice overall good massage here. I love to be massaged holistically all over my body and this is why I prefer Asian massage. I have gotten a massage there several times from the same woman and she really uses good pressure. She really works hard to make sure that all muscles are gone over and she's very thorough. I love to be relaxed on the table having a nice oil massage. She warms you up with a dry blanket rub first but just tell her you want the oil massage soon after the massage starts. I will go here again soon. That is the only thing, I don't go enough!
