“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Teddy the service I got from Cold King Heating & Cooling. When I had an issue with my furnace, I got a few quotes from other companies that were only looking to replace the unit. Cold King presented me with other options first with really reasonable prices and a great price on a complete new unit for the heat and AC. In the end, we decided to get the whole unit replaced, heat and AC. They came a day later, showed up early and did a fantastic job! The staff were polite and helped me understand the new units. “Our HVAC stopped working on Saturday, July 13th in the midst of 2024's worst, most brutal heat wave (mid to high 90°s).
I called Breezin' Monday morning, July 15th to request a service ASAP. Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem.

Our air handler and condenser are very difficult to access yet Sean O'Conner and his partner identified the issue, went to an electric supply shop, replaced the part and our HVAC has been working better than ever.

Rick correctly identified that it had substantial built up of carbons in the heat exchanger and it was basically time to replace the whole unit.
