Don't know what we’d do without Homeserve. They have resurrected our boiler! Technicians are diligent in diagnosing the problem correctly and making sure it is fixed. They even call to follow up. The best advice I give to new home owners is GET HOMESERVE!
On October 23, 2023, I spoke with Tanya and specifically informed the young lady that I wanted coverage for a tune-up on my heater aka boiler. I also obtained interior plumbing and gas line. The young lady informed me that I would have to wait for 10 days and I called on November 2, 2023; and was informed that I don't have coverage for a tune-up. I called on November 2, 2023, and was informed that my plan does not cover the tune-up. I requested that a supervisor call me and no one did. I called again today November 3, 2023, and spoke to Logan, who was very professional was trying to get the issue resolved. Dan with HomeServe was great, He was friendly, professional and on time. He had the part on his truck and did the job in 1.5 hours. He installed a new Aquastat Relay and cleaned the plates. Great job!Service: Water heater installation
