Community all is very professional. Responded quickly and was truly concerned due to the terrible heat. I am very happy with the service for both my heater and my NEW A/C unit. The team left the house clean and orderly. Thank you again. I feel secure now with this service

What can I say about Community 11 other then they provide tremendous craftmanship, thorough analysis and extreme value in their work and customer service. It all starts at the top and filters down.Starting with customer service. It was impeccable starting with Sally who setup my appt in the most timely and efficient manner. She was so pleasant to deal with and accommodated my schedule as is not found in many other companies.Anthony Sr. and Michael (the owner and son) and rest of staff took the time and had the patience to explain and inform me what was needed and not needed thereby not upselling me equipment or service that wouldn't be required.
